Why should I have my bins cleaned?
Bin cleaning will maintain hygiene, remove odour, and prevent the spread of disease and bacteria
and migration of vermin to your wheelie bin.
How often should I have my bins cleaned?
It’s totally up to you. The most popular cycle is every 4 weeks. The sanitising liquid we use kills
germs for up to 28 days.
Why choose Koala Bin Wash?
We are reliable, trustworthy and take pride in our job. We wash, we dry, we sanitise and deodorise
– the whole package – and we only use eco-friendly products when providing our service.
Where should I leave my bins?
We will clean your bins on the side of the road after your rubbish has been collected. We do ask
that you leave them out until the end of the day to give us a chance to get around to all our
customers.
Do I need to be home when you clean my bins?
No. We bring everything we need, including our own water supply and we clean your bins
kerbside, so we don’t need to enter your property.
Is your business registered and insured?
Yes. Koala Bin Wash is a registered business ABN: 68339552325 and we are fully covered under
public liability insurance.
What happens if I go away on holiday.
No problem. We do ask that you let us know in advance, so that we don’t come to your house on
the day.
How will I know my bins have been cleaned? They will smell like roses! We will send you a reminder text/email the night before your bins are due to be cleaned and an invoice right after we have cleaned them.
Are you compliant? Yes. We have liaised with the EPA and SA Water to ensure that we dispose of the dirty water correctly. We have also met with the Council who recognise the good service we are providing.
